Deadline reminder Submissions close at 9am PST tomorrow/Monday March 30. Thanks so much for driving such awesome energy and momentum throughout the hackathon so far.  Submissions We’re now getting towards that really exciting stage when  it’s time to start submitting your projects . No matter what stage you’re at in your project, it’s important to shift into submission gear (including moving ‘draft’ projects to ‘final’) for a few reasons: Uploaded submissions provide visibility into your project via our  Submissions page , which can help you connect with feedback, ideas and insights from fellow participants Submissions remain editable (including the video links) right up until the end of the hackathon, so don’t worry if you’ve still got more work to do: get it submitted and then keep iterating! JUST IN: As of March 19, 2020, Valenzuela City now has a positive case of COVID-19. A female patient, 34 years old, consulted a private hospital in Manila after experiencing sore throat and fever. The patient has no travel history but has exposure to someone who traveled to Malaysia. Currently, the patient has mild flu-like symptoms and is now under strict home quarantine, following the DOH guidelines.  The Valenzuela City Epidemiology and Surveillance Unit have done the necessary measures such as contact tracing and they are closely monitoring the identified close contacts. President Duterte : Work in public and private sectors limited to work from home arrangements . Everyone will stay at home leaving their house only to buy food, medicine, and other necessities to survive the coming days. Only establishments that provide services like food and medicine shall be open.
